1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Site and/or purchasing an advertising space (a "Nation Slot") on the interactive map called "Buy The Nations" (the "Map"), you ("Buyer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or make any purchase.
2. Nature of the Purchase – No NFT, No Blockchain Asset
2.1 A purchase of a Nation Slot grants the Buyer a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, limited license to display a single URL and a short text label ("Content") on the specific nation's area of the Map.
2.2 The Buyer does NOT receive any form of cryptocurrency token, NFT, digital collectible, or blockchain-based asset. No ownership, title, or property right in any on-chain asset is transferred.
2.3 The Nation Slot is a purely off-chain advertising service. The Buyer's right to display Content cannot be sold, traded, or transferred without the Operator's prior written consent.
2.4 The Map, nation boundaries, placement of Content, and availability of Nation Slots remain under the sole control of the Operator at all times.
2.5 Purchasing a Nation Slot grants only a virtual advertising slot on this map. It confers no real-world ownership, sovereignty, or legal rights over any country, territory, or geographic area.
3. Payment and Blockchain Transactions
3.1 Payment must be made in USDC or SOL on the Solana blockchain.
3.2 All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible. The Operator cannot reverse, cancel, or refund any confirmed transaction.
3.3 The Buyer is solely responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct wallet address.
4. Pricing and Duration
4.1 Nation Slots are priced per tier ($100–$10,000 equivalent in USDC or SOL). Prices may change without notice but will not affect already purchased slots.
4.2 A purchased Nation Slot grants display rights for one (1) year from payment confirmation. After that period, the Operator may remove the Content unless renewed.
4.3 Renewal is not automatic. The Operator may offer renewal notices but is not obligated to do so.
5. Content Review and Approval
5.1 All Content submitted is subject to prior review and approval by the Operator.
5.2 The Operator reserves the right to reject, remove, or modify any Content for any reason, including violations of Section 6.
5.3 The Operator may remove previously approved Content at any time without notice, refund, or liability.
6. Prohibited Content
The following is strictly prohibited: illegal activities; pornography or sexually explicit material; violence or gore; hate speech or content inciting discrimination; phishing, scams, malware, or deceptive practices; copyright or trademark infringement; impersonation of governments, public figures, or brands; political propaganda violating election laws; any content that, in the Operator's sole opinion, damages the reputation of the Site or the Solana ecosystem.
7. Buyer's Warranties and Responsibility
The Buyer warrants they have full legal right to display the submitted Content; that it does not violate any law or third-party rights; and that they will not use the Nation Slot in violation of these Terms. The Buyer is solely liable for any legal claims arising from their Content.
8. Reporting and Takedown
Any visitor may report Content believed to violate these Terms. The Operator will review reports but is not obligated to act. The Operator may remove reported Content without prior notice.
9. No Refunds
All payments are final. No refunds for any reason including: change of mind, accidental purchase, Content removal due to violation, slot expiration, or technical issues on the Buyer's side.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. THE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. THE OPERATOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE BUYER FOR THE SPECIFIC NATION SLOT IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. THE OPERATOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR: blockchain failures; hosting or domain issues; actions of other Buyers; or any decrease in the perceived value of the Nation Slot.
11. Indemnification
The Buyer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Operator from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the Buyer's Content, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
12. Privacy and Data Collection
The Operator may collect and store: the Buyer's Solana wallet address, IP address and timestamp, submitted Content, and any voluntarily provided email. This data is used solely to provide the Map, enforce these Terms, and comply with legal obligations. Data is not sold to third parties. Blockchain transaction records are immutable and cannot be deleted. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
13. Modifications to Terms or Service
The Operator may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on the Site. Continued use constitutes acceptance. The Operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Map at any time without notice or refund.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
14.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
14.2 Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the AAA under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted remotely in English before a single arbitrator.
14.3 No Class Actions. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis. The Buyer waives the right to participate in any class action or representative proceeding.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Buyer and the Operator regarding Nation Slots on Buy The Nations and supersede any prior agreements.
